For many people procrastination has become a habit. For them all the good reasons in the world to do a task may not be enough to break them out of that negative pattern. If this is your situation you will have to retain yourself and replace the bad habit of procrastination with good habits. Whenever you find yourself wanting to procrastinate stop and determine what course of action you are going to take and then ask yourself one question ; when is the soonest I can get this done? Give yourself a deadline and stick to it. In time, you will begin changing your work pattern
