GOOD LISTENER:

One of most common characteristics of people who are especially good at building relationships is that they have the ability to listen attentively while someone else talks. One of the keys to becoming good listeners is the ability to encourage the other person to talk about himself. Usually all it takes is a couple of well-directed questions. If you’re kind but persistent you can even persuade the most talkative person to talk about himself.
