I need to decide

Few minutes back my manager called me through mobile phone and asked me to take an offer in the same company. According to the offer I will get a higher pay and my position will raise as an senior insurance agent. I will not have any field works and I will be getting double my previous salary. It is a good news but I have to think whether to take the offer or to search for a different job. My decision will depend on my wife. Without her advise I will never stick with the current job.
