My wife will decide

Reason for me to think about staying with the current job is simple. I was working hard for the company for 10 years with no salary appraisal and promotion. But the moment the manager heard about my job search with a better pay , he has come out with a good offer. It will be a sad thing for me to reject the offer but it will not be fair if I stick with the current job. My wife will decide about the situation and I will obey her words for sure.
