Confused with my dads offer

I am still confused with my dads offer. If I accept my dads offer I have to work with him for three years. It is not a big deal since I will not have problem with my personal life and I can even start another business in the side. My dad will not stop me doing anything but he expects me to work truly for the company. I am sure that I will give my heart and soul for the business.
